Odd running moment of the year
I did a nice easy run today on the Virginia Tech golf course in a t-shirt and half tights on a nice 50 degree day. This would be totally normal if I wasn’t running through snow.

This blog is dedicated to what falls under the umbrella of track and field. That includes cross country and the various field events. I'm trying to give every event some attention, but it's difficult because I come from a middle distance running background. It also includes my quips about the sport.
